How to transfer a photo onto a slate sign

Two different slate sizes are available for making your own tribute or memorial plaque. The smaller slate is 7.87 x 5.9", whereas as the bigger plaque measures 11.8 x 7.8", 15.7 x 9.8". When printing a photo onto a slate sign, any important details should be kept at the central area of the plaque. The reason for this is that photo slates have an irregular shape and the surface isn't completely smooth, since a real piece of stone is used to manufacture it. On one hand, this creates a natural effect; but on the other, it is not possible to know in advance if some edge areas will be printed. It is generally recommended to add only one picture with some meaningful phrase. All images and pieces of text will be transferred onto the slate sign with dye-sublimation printing, so as to deliver rich and vivid colours.
