No, just like the old download software, the desktop app cannot be used without an internet connection. To start the app, save your projects, as well as for image processing and placing orders, an internet connection is required. Your content is automatically synchronized with your customer account, ensuring everything is safely stored.

Your locally saved projects from the old download software can only be opened there. It is NOT possible to transfer these local projects into the PRO1 desktop app. However, projects you have designed and saved online can also be found, opened, and edited in the PRO1 desktop app. New projects you start in the PRO1 desktop app are also always available in your online customer account in the shop.

No. You can simply log in with your existing account. All your photos, projects, and orders that you have saved in your online account remain available. They will automatically be accessible in the PRO1 desktop app.
